The Cuba Cheese Shoppe has been in the fundraising business for over 10 years! We have helped over 100 schools, FFA's, Co-Ops, local organizations, church groups and sports clubs raise funds when budgets become tight. We provide quality cheese products and gifts with a name that is associated with the finest New York State cheeses and gourmet specialties. This is an exciting opportunity for us to help your organization reach its monetary goals and for your group to pull together with a common goal in mind.

The plant was sold again in 1943 to I. vanZwanenberg and E.S. Moses when the name of The Cuba Cheese and Trading Company, Inc., came into existence. In 1953, I. vanZwanenberg passed away and his son, Nico, entered the business. A new, fairly modern cheese plant was built in South Cuba in 1956. It kept this name for over 34 years when in 1977, the plant's name was changed to Cuba Cheese, Inc.
