Our customers include HVAC, sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, roofing, fire prevention, and general contracting companies throughout the USA and Canada. Our software is geared for small to mid-sized contractors who do residential and/or commercial work. Many are family owned businesses who place a great deal of trust in our company to meet their needs. It is our goal to provide the tools and information to help them operate their businesses competitively.

Carolyn is a founding partner and lead programmer for CUC Software, Inc. She has a degree in Math/Education from Idaho State University and has been working with computers and software for over 40 years. Starting out as a computer programming and data analysis for a nuclear reactor research company, her work includes development of software for an auto insurance company, a heating and air conditioning company, the chamber of commerce, the surveying industry, and an election reporting firm.

With CUC, the Contractors Essentials program really does deliver everything we needed to be successful. They also back it up with the most outstanding support staff, providing the highest standard of service we could have ever expected. We have been spoiled with the level of service and attention we continue to receive.

Although the vast majority of our customers are HVAC contractors, we currently have customers in the HVAC, sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, roofing, fire prevention, and general contracting areas. We are a small business that has been around for a long time, and have purposefully chosen a slow growth option in order to maintain personal contact with our customers while providing a solution with excellent support and service… something that service contractors can certainly relate to. I have worked with CUC for many, many years now. I had CUC’s DOS version with my previous employer. I was diligent in getting CUC in my current company, Four Seasons Heating.
