Josh is a Partner at the firm and Chairman of the Litigation department. He has spent his entire law career at the firm and offers 33 years of experience in both real estate and commercial litigation. His practice includes commercial litigation, zoning disputes, all aspects of real property litigation, trial practice, and appellate work. Clients include real estate developers, commercial landlords, property owners, professionals, and corporations involved in general commercial litigation, real property claims and defenses, contract disputes, corporate litigation and estate litigation.

Randall Huffman is a nationally recognized authority on municipal law and the law of public finance. He has directed financing programs for states, state agencies and authorities, counties, cities, and towns and their local agencies for a wide range of public purposes. He has experience in developing financing for affordable housing, mortgage loans, student loans, environmental facilities, transportation facilities and many non-profit and community facilities such as hospitals, colleges and universities.
