Manager and Executive Chef Bill Lawwill has over twenty years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He has been a leader in his field in the Houston area before coming to Cuero in 2013. His skills were honed at several restaurants and hotels, including the Hotel Sofitel and Suzanne's European Bakery and Restaurant where he readily handled high volume catering jobs in the greater Houston area.
History The Cuero Country Club was incorporated in 1954. With nearly sixty years of service to the community, the Cuero Country Club is as much a part of Cuero, Texas as the spring flowers that paint the landscape of our great town.
