Description

Humanities Iowa is the only non-profit organization in Iowa committed to bringing the humanities to life and to the public through interactive programming, publications, and events. We provide grants to aid other non-profit organizations in furthering the humanities in Iowa as well as conduct our own programs in support of the humanities across Iowa.

The Iowa Museum Association is dedicated to promoting museums within the state as leading centers for preserving, interpreting and understanding our natural and cultural heritage.

Founded in 1965, the Iowa Genealogical Society (IGS) is a non-profit educational organization, which seeks to encourage genealogical and historical research.
