Cummins' mission is "To improve the lives of those we serve by providing exemplary behavioral health services." In order to address the specific challenges children/adolescents and their families face, Cummins has developed a specific line of programming that assists youth and their families in overcoming mental health and/or substance use problems.

Cummins' mission is “To improve the lives of those we serve by providing exemplary behavioral health services.” To fulfill that mission Cummins has developed programs that specifically focus on the unique needs of adults and older adults in our communities. Cummins takes a person centered approach from the beginning to the end of treatment. This means meeting each individual where they are and focusing on what they want to accomplish through receiving services. Adults have an array of services that can assist them toward meeting their goals, including skills training, case management, therapy, psychiatric care, nursing support, peer support and employment services. Various group treatment is also available.

Life Skills Specialists provide home and community-based case management. Case management services include assessing, coordinating, linking and accessing resources. By providing case management services, the life skills specialists help the youth/family navigate often complex social service, legal, and educational systems.
