Rick is a partner in the firm, practicing primarily in the areas of secured lending and commercial finance, commercial leasing and real estate, real estate and creditor' rights litigation and corporate law. Rick has represented many of the major Boston commercial banks in both and asset-based and real estate lending transactions for more than 30 years. He serves as outside corporate and/or real estate counsel to many closely held corporations, foundations and real estate companies and investors.

Seth represents corporations and individual clients in a variety of business and other matters. He serves as vice president and general counsel to a real estate development firm. He has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, has tried cases in various state and federal courts, and has represented clients before a variety of administrative agencies.

Marc is a partner in the firm, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate law, affordable housing development, and related disciplines (i.e., housing, land use, condominiums, corporations, partnerships, etc.). He has extensive experience in all facets of commercial lending, real estate development, and multifamily housing.

Bob is of counsel to the firm. Bob has been practicing law in Boston since 1993, and practices primarily in the areas of corporate and real estate law, including mergers and acquisitions, counseling start-up companies, bank financing, commercial and residential real estate development, and conveyancing. Bob also has extensive experience in affordable housing development and syndication.
