Lisa Russell —With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Lisa Russell handles all financial and managerial duties at Cunningham Building & Development. Prior to working with us, she spent several years working in the title industry, learning how to research, read, and correctly interpret all types of title documents and deeds. Lisa’s experience in higher-end housing markets continues to be a valuable asset in client relations and in acquiring construction loans.

After college he continued to pursue his passion of building, since then he has acquired valuable experience in the Houston industry designing and building various building types. When the opportunity was presented, Carl jumped at the chance to join the Cunningham team. Now he enjoys overseeing the construction of some of Houston's most luxurious homes.
