Our goal is to contribute to world evangelism by training and helping others to do what we do. We are not opposed to our own organization growing, but that is not our objective. We prefer the flexibility and spontaneity that comes with smallness. We seek to grow our own efforts through multiplying at both a personal and organizational level. Just as we expect our workers to train others in order to multiply, we focus on how we can help other groups to start new independent multiplying churches and ministries.
