Founded in 1987, Curatorial Assistance is a creative think tank for the arts that fashions and delivers art support services and museum projects to arts professionals and public entities. We produce and facilitate an ever-changing selection of traveling exhibitions and special art projects, where we partner with exhibiting venues to deliver quality art experiences to audiences globally.

Exotic interiors of virtually any kind can be created to fully dedicate the ArtCrate specifically to your needs. Here custom sliding drawers were fabricated to provide a portable print storage solution for large prints. The crates are fitted with locking rolling casters to easily move the print collection out for viewing and then for it to be locked away for storage.

We specialize in local (Southern California area), national, and international fine art shipping. Our vehicles have gentle suspension and climate control to ensure safe transit of delicate artworks. Our professional art handlers ensure secure packing, and we can provide same-day transit insurance coverage.

• Traveling Exhibitions , providing exhibitions and management services through our nonprofit organization, which has toured more than 400 exhibitions to over 850 art venues worldwide.

Curatorial Assistance created interpretive information and designed, produced and installed the exhibit in Tanzania. The exhibits at the center focus on the paleoanthropological research and artifacts that have come from the surrounding area. Research for the project included consulting with the National Geographic Society, the American Museum of Natural History, New York, the Museum of Man, Paris, and the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History.
