ABOUT OUR FIRM Curley & Curley P.C. is a litigation practice law firm with offices at 27 School Street in the heart of Boston's financial and government district. Founded in 1952, we have grown to a reputable firm of nine talented attorneys. The major emphasis of our practice is civil defense litigation. We represent our clients in all trial and appellate Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Appeals Court for the First Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and many other State and Federal Administrative agencies. From time to time, our attorneys also appear in the State and Federal Courts of New Hampshire. For over fifty years, clients have relied on us for quality, cost-effective representation. In an era of large firms that assign an army of attorneys to one case, incurring a large expense, we generally assign one attorney who has the primary responsibility for each client matter. When necessary and appropriate, we are able to use the support of the diverse talents and resources of differet members of the firm. Our peers have recognized us as a quality firm.
