A. If you desire a custom logo to be embroidered on a sash or stole. We charge a one time $125 digitizing set up fee to create an embroidery .pes file that will be understood on the embroidery machines. This requires you to send us a high quality clear image file so that your logo will be clear and readable. We do not accept files in a word document, or in .pdf files, we only accept high quality .jpg, .jpeg, or .bmp files. We keep the logo on file, so that future orders will not have to pay another digitizing fee to use the same logo. Once ordered, there is no refund on the digitizing fee due to the hours of work dedicated to working with the artwork to create a successful conversion to embroidery. If a file is not high quality, we will do our best to convert the file for embroidery, but may request a higher quality file if determined that the final product will not be clear enough. If the customer can't provide one, there will not be a refund of the digitizing fee due to the hours already dedicated to the project. Please make sure your artwork is sent in the correct type of file, with high resultion and clarity.

Products damaged in shipping must be reported within 2 business days of date of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept the package(s) from the shipper; or please make sure that when you sign the shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within two days of your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage/problems. In order to serve you better we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.

A. Once an order is paid for it cannot be cancelled. Each order is custom designed, and created for your special ocassion. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, just like they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged above.
