Custom Staffing makes the hiring process easy for administrative office staff positions. We can recruit, test and propose a wide variety of employees-from a temporary receptionist to a four-year degreed accountant. Custom Staffing can locate virtually any employee with the qualifications our customer is looking for. Approximately 85% of all office positions are temporary to direct hire-the employee working at our customers location is hired after a predetermined contract period. This allows our customer to focus on its core business and not focusing on the headaches of recruiting much-needed employees.

Custom Staffing, Inc. began as a 2-person office in Lima, Ohio placing industrial job seekers in full time positions in 1989. Working with a local packaging company as our sole account, our reputation grew throughout the area as a leading staffing agency. Our growing customer base enabled us to add additional offices in Findlay, Marysville, and Bellefontaine, Ohio. We have also developed new areas to expand our business. Custom Staffing now places applicants within four divisions: Industrial, Medical, Clerical and Technical.

Each office can provide the staffing answer our customer's require-from a single employee to a highly skilled workforce.

We provide a comprehensive service enabling you to keep short-term employees off your permanent payroll. Our service pays the employee's hourly wage, FICA, unemployment, worker's compensation and withholds federal, state, and city payroll taxes. In addition to this service, our employees are covered by liability insurance and are bonded.
