We are a small family owned business, located in the mountains of Eastern and Central Kentucky. All of our products are made of selected woods, crafted with the concern for quality and durability that is a part of our mountain heritage. We never use composite materials in any of our products. All wagon wheels are not created equally! The first question you should always ask before you order a wagon wheel from any company is " DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN WAGON WHEELS?". The second question should be "DO YOU MAKE WAGON WHEEL SECONDS?" At Custom Wagons we make our wagon wheels and wagon wheel hubs, WE NEVER MAKE OR SELL SECONDS. While there are a number of Internet companies that sell wagon wheels, there are only a small number of companies that produce the wagon wheels they sell and of these companies there are even a smaller number that make only top quality wagon wheels. Our wood wagon wheels, wagon wheel chandeliers, and wagons are in the movies, (Paramount, DreamWorks, Turner Films), on TV (Trading Places, Into The West), on the beach at resorts, in university theater groups, theme parks (Disney, Six Flags), at work in Central Park, on working wagons everywhere, our wagon wheels are even on Broadway in theaters. Growing up in the mountains of Kentucky, wagons and "made on the place" furniture was just part of my life. Made on the place meant that the item was made on the farm.
