Description
Our job is to provide you with the reliable and actionable data that you need to make key management decisions for your company. The data we collect can assist you with both the hiring and training of your staff, along with growing and developing the services and products you offer to your valuable customers. Unlike most companies that specialize in ONLY mystery shopping or customer satisfaction surveys, we can provide both. By combining this data, we can show you the results side by side, allowing you to see and evaluate the entire customer service picture.
Our goal is to help you understand conditions at retail by providing high-quality information through mystery shopping , customer feedback surveys , and other data gathering techniques .
“For over a decade, Customer Impact has lived up to its name by providing Ruth’s Chris with the service and information to make our locations worldwide more impactful. The customization and personal attention that Mike Green and the team offers to our mystery shopping program has proven invaluable in helping us ensure that the service we provide to our guests is always in alignment with our company’s legacy and dedication to impeccable guest satisfaction.
After graduating with a Hotel Restaurant and Tourism Degree from the University of New Orleans, Mike spent 15 years in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry. Wanting to focus more on customer service, he left the industry and started a mystery shopping company so he could help raise the level of service in companies both large and small. In 2002 his company merged with Speedmark Information Services and in 2007, Speedmark became part of the Market Force companies.
