As a provider of products and services to healthcare, we recognize the significant challenge that the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) presents to the industry and our customers. We have established a Corporate Privacy Initiative to educate our staff and implement policies toward understanding the implications of the Privacy and Security Regulations of HIPAA and toward meeting our obligations to our customers.

You MUST have extensive experience in and an excelled working knowledge of legal terminology and proper set up of legal documents (ie, pleadings, discovery, agreements, formal correspondence, etc. ).
