Ray Higgins is the CEO of Cybermail Marketing LLC. He has a BA from St.Martin's University in Olympia Washington and an MSBA from Boston University. He's a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army (Field Artillery). He has done marketing and sales for the past twenty years and is the Executive Director of the Rocky Mountain Shopping Center Association and is the Marketing Committee Chair of Tour Colorado. His is on the Membership Committee of LoDo District and the Marketing Committee of the Downtown Denver Partnership. He is a member of the Colorado Restaurant Association and offers "member discounts" to any association in which he is a member. He has volunteered on the membership committees of other associations over the past 20 years and can provide a wealth of knowledge and advice to your Cybermail Marketing experience. Cybermail Marketing, LLC is a "value added" reseller (an agency) of Exact Target Marketing. Ray is also a nice guy and is willing to answer your questions about email marketing and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Like everyone else, we hate SPAM.
