Your company name and logo, your product, and/or your graphics should be significantly larger and more prominent than the box shot.

Do not use any Cybervore, Inc. trademark in any manner that expresses or implies Cybervore, Inc.'s affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or approval. Do not use any Cybervore, Inc. trademark in such a manner that it appears Cybervore, Inc. is legally associated with your company. You must display your company name more prominently than any Cybervore, Inc. trademark on all materials.

8.1 Upgrades . Other than our obligation under Section 2.4(b), We shall have no other obligations to provide updates or support services to You. Obligations or expectations with regard to product upgrades, enhancements, support or remedies for errors, defects or deficiencies will be limited to those expressly set forth in a separate agreement between Us and You. In the absence of such an agreement between Us and You, We will use reasonable efforts to provide ongoing support and remedies to identified errors and defects, on a time and material basis, at Our then current commercial rates.

Owning software is different than other types of ownership. Because software - although often distributed on media such as CDs - is not a physical commodity, it is considered intellectual property. Ownership of such property is controlled by license agreements. Software licenses are legal documents describing the proper use and distribution of the software, as intended by the manufacturer, and provide the manufacturer with the revenue necessary to continue producing the software, and offering the service and support legitimate users depend on.

Many Cybervore, Inc. sites and services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. When a Cybervore, Inc. site does collect age information, and users identify themselves as under 13, the site will either block such users from providing personal information, or will seek to obtain consent from parents for the collection, use and sharing of their children's personal information. We will not knowingly ask children under the age of 13 to provide more information than is reasonably necessary to provide our services.
