The company was established in 1999 by a successful benefits attorney, LaJena Fuller, who recognized first-hand the challenges employers face in sponsoring an effective benefits program. LaJena knew that without expert navigation, employers were susceptible to many hidden pitfalls jeopardizing their plans' performance and exposing them to unnecessary risks and costs.
