Michelle N. Martin serves as the Director of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Risk Management practice. Ms. Martin is an accomplished Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist with over twenty years of experience in Banking, Trust, Credit Union, Insurance, Financial Services, Regulatory Compliance, Public and Private Accounting. Ms. Martin is the founding co-chair of the ACAMS South Florida Chapter. She has worked with KPMG, LLP, Ernst & Young LLP. Burger King Corporation, Assurant, Inc., Ocean Bank and Banco Do Brasil.
Yancey brings over 25 years of executive experience in her role as Director at Cypress Resources. She has demonstrated experience accelerating strategic change throughout a variety of organizations including: utilities, manufacturing, distribution, education and non-profit groups. Yancey has a strong foundation in facilitation and specializes in leading groups through process improvement, change facilitation, organizational change and compliance, and professional development.
Prior to joining Cypress Resources, Wendy Cromeens provided both public accounting firms and private sector clients practical knowledge and hands-on accounting and business operational guidance in the management areas of their business for over 20 years. In the private sector, Wendy worked with manufacturing and technology companies serving as their controller, overseeing accounting functions and business operations. While in public accounting, Wendy assisted clients with financial reporting consolidation and corporate tax compliance services.
