After spending a career in the military and working as civilians for the government, most of which was overseas in Germany, we purchased our mini-farm in July 1998. Our first great love is raising Chinese Chow Chows. Our desire is to produce quality chows for others who share our love of the breed. We bred chows for several years while living in the St. Louis, MO area during the '80s. We then moved once again to Germany, working for the U.S. government, until 1998, when we moved to Ohio. At that time we purchased our farm with the intent of returning to our first love in life...breeding Chow Chows once again. We absolutely love the whole process. We value our dogs as members of our family and thoroughly enjoy the experience of having puppies and watching them develop from birth. We also enjoy matching puppies with perspective owners. We cherish the new friendships developed by subsequent emails concerning the puppies as they grow up. We frequently receive pictures and updates from their new host families, as well as personal visits. It is always a rewarding experience to see the beautiful adult dogs that were born on D&M Farm. We encourage maintaining communication and relationships with our clientele, so we can better track breeding qualities; i.e., size, coloring, traits, etc. Our dogs are very well socialized with great temperaments. They make great companions and excellent watch dogs...
