Our Employee Benefits department was established in 1985. The department has one fundamental objective: providing personal attention and service that our clients deserve. By working with carriers that are technology driven, we allow online enrollment, bill consolidation, real time access to claims payments and account balances directly through our website. Requesting new ID cards and benefit summaries on-line are also possible. All this permits us to offer flexible benefit administration in conjunction with consumer driven health plans.

Our partnership with the National Community Action Partnership arose from our ongoing relationships with the national office and numerous local Community Action Agencies. These relationships pointed to the need for a consistent risk management resource for Community Action Agencies that is knowledgeable about these agencies' activities and experienced in providing appropriate programs for their unique operational environment. We're proud to have the endorsement of the National Community Action Association.
