As the team leader for a Building Assessment Team (BAT) representing the Federal Emergency Management Agency, a member of DKMB & Associates was responsible for providing inspection and assessment services for damaged municipal structures for the City of Vero Beach, Florida. The purpose of the building evaluations was to provide documented evidence that the facilities were affected by one or more of the four major hurricanes that struck the State of Florida during the unprecedented 2004 Atlantic Ocean Hurricane Season.

DKMB & Associates, as a sub-consultant to The Pan Group, Inc., Architects was responsible for providing construction management services to The Govans Economic Management Senate (GEMS) for the construction of three (3) new single family residential homes.
