Dixon Kazek Construction was established in 2001 by Steve Dixon and Jon Kazek. In 2010 we changed names to DKM Custom Homes, Dixon-Kazek-Morrison with the addition of a new partner Chris Morrison a long time superintendent who worked his way up the ranks to join Steve and Jon as co-owners. We are all Florida State Certified Building Contractors with experience in residential and commercial construction. We are constantly researching new and innovative building products and procedures to provide our homeowners with the latest technology and the highest quality of materials available today.

Our goal is to build, renovate or remodel only a small handful of homes per year so that we can dedicate our full attention to making your homebuilding experience a pleasant one. We personally oversee each project to ensure the end result of a home that exceeds your expectations.
