Nathan brings over six years of engineering design experience in the private sector to dk Consulting. After graduating from Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Nathan has gone on to a successful design career in different market sectors which include Commercial, Healthcare, Public Works, Residential, and mixed-use. Along with being a registered professional engineer in California, Nathan is also a LEED Accredited Professional and is QSD/QSP certified.

Founded in 1979 as dk Associates, Inc., dk Consulting evolved into a leader in the civil engineering, mapping, planning, and construction fields. We work with both private and public clients to provide technical expertise and responsive solutions throughout the western United States.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the field of professional civil engineering and land development. As acting President and Principal-In-Charge, Andrew oversees operations and is responsible for client promotion, retention and business development. In addition, Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day business activities and overall project management and administration involving budgets, schedules and technical quality control.

The Altamont Pass Wind Farm consists of about 4,800 small wind turbines with a capacity of 576 megawatts (MW) annual generation of about 1.1 terawatt-hours (TWh) of electricity. The Altamont wind resource area is one of three primary regions, the others being Tehachapi and San Gorgonio. Together these three areas account for nearly 95 percent of all commercial wind power generation in California, and approximately 11 percent of the world’s wind-generated electricity. dk Consulting is currently providing as-built surveying services to NextEra Energy Resources for the Altamont Pass Wind Farm.
