Description

Dana L. Boucher, sole owner and president of D.L.B. Paving, founded the company in 1988. We began our operations by paving residential driveways in the local area. With the help of advertising and frequent customer referrals, we soon blossomed from a 5-person paving crew to 22 employees consisting of a full-time estimator, secretary, patch crew, and road-paving crew. Over the past several years, the company's fleet of equipment has increased to 50 pieces of machinery, including rollers, pavers, trucks, and backhoes.
