(DMB) is a diversified real estate investment and development firm with real estate holdings through affiliated companies where people and their passions unite. Founded in 1984, we are one of the most active community developers in the West. Our projects include resort/recreational and primary home communities, country clubs, signature commercial properties, hotels, health clubs and spas.The DMB name comes from the first initials of each of our three founding partners — Drew Brown, Mark Sklar and Bennett Dorrance. They have cultivated a corporate culture based on mutual respect, integrity, fairness, and a commitment to stand behind every business decision.Each DMB community begins with a passion for building communities that respond to the way people want to live. Our home communities are unique expressions of their people, place and surroundings. We explore the distinctive attributes of the land and the historical legacy of the region.
