DPSS Lasers, Inc. manufactures high power, short wavelength, solid state lasers used in high performance manufacturing processes such as Micro-Machining or Rapid Prototyping.Originally established as a DPSS Laser group within LiCONiX, DPSS Lasers, Inc. began operating as a separate, privately held, company in September 1998; with an experienced team of engineers and scientists and a field-proven high power DPSS laser already in production. The Model 3500 Series laser has already won several industry awards for innovation, and established itself as the worlds highest power quasi-cw 355nm solid state laser.DPSS Lasers continues to invest in new manufacturing technologies and system designs to broaden the range of lasers available to our customers. We believe that solid state laser technologies can facilitate the use of lasers in a wide range of manufacturing and other processes that have been inaccessible to date because of the relative inefficiency and poor reliability of conventional short wavelength lasers.
