Q . Does DP Contracting work with Insurance claims? A . Yes, we have processed numerous insurance claims for roofing, fire, and water damage. Your insurance company will send out an adjuster to provide you with a report listing all visible damage at time of inspection and estimate for repairs; or they may request us as your contractor to provide the estimate. We will thoroughly review the adjuster’s report and materials and labor required to make the repairs which are based on replacement costs only and do not account for any upgrades you may desire.

A native of Rowan County, owner Dennis Pless, employs a staff with years of construction experience, ensuring our goal to do your job to your complete satisfaction, while adhering to a very tight schedule. We provide only the highest grade products and finishes, and oversee the entire project down to the smallest detail. We've partnered with industry leaders offering architect and engineering services, as well as provide personal design options through our Interior Design Services.

"Dennis has worked in the homebuilding and renovation business for over 35 years. As a native of Rowan County, his work took him from Virginia to Florida, then eventually back to Cabarrus County, where he now resides. For 12 years, until 2007, Pless served as a construction manager for Niblock Homes a native Cabarrus County new home builder. However, as the homebuilding market collapsed, his job went with it. Pless found himself at a crossroads. He didn't know what direction to take, and even thought about opening a restaurant.
