DRA Advisors is a real estate investment organization that has specialized in value-added investing for over 25 years. Originally founded as a subsidiary of the Dreyfus Corporation in 1986, DRA has operated as a privately-held company since 1994. From our beginnings as a work out specialist and separate account manager, our business has grown and evolved. Today, DRA invests solely through its series of value-added commingled funds. Most importantly, we have maintained our discipline and singular focus on value-added investing.

DRA is headquartered in New York and with regional offices in Miami and San Francisco. DRA's management team is made up of 14 partners. The partners are highly experienced real estate investors, with over 20 years average experience in the real estate industry, and have expertise beyond the real estate sector, in capital markets, work-outs, accounting, finance and law.

For over 25 years, DRA has executed a focused, value-added investment strategy on behalf of its clients. We believe that DRA has demonstrated a consistent track record over multiple market cycles due to an exhaustive focus on operating properties optimally and constantly adapting business plans to changing market conditions.
