Our company founder, Jay Kim, personally inspects each and every job in order to ensure that only our highest quality standards are met each and every time. He personally guarantees that if you utilize our services just one time you will never feel the need to contact another restoration company ever again!

Report Claim: Contact your insurance agent or visit your insurance company’s website and report the claim. The customer service representative will ask for basic information such as your name, address, phone number, and policy number. Make sure the information they have is correct and updated. A key piece of information will be who is listed as your mortgage company (if any) on the property.

In many cases your homeowners or business insurance may cover the repairs or cleanup provided by our company. Once you have filed a claim with your insurance provider you need to work with your claims professional or adjuster to verify what is and what is not covered. Please note that most insurance policies have a clause that states that the homeowner has a "duty to mitigate" damages.
