The following information is for quick reference only. Please check with your local DSI Account Manager or Returns Department person for updates, more detail, and authorization for all returns. The dealer pays freight on defective returns to the DSI designated shipping warehouse for your region. DSI will pay freight back to the dealer on the replacement item on all pre-authorized returns. —DSI will exchange most accessories for 30 days from the date of the DSI dealer invoice. After 30 days, contact manufacturer direct for further service support.
