Upon completion of his military service, Gose obtained his architectural license and pursued a career in building construction and design, formally organizing his own company, DWG & Associates, in 1995. In 2002 DWG incorporated. Shortly thereafter, the company acquired CDR Enterprises. This acquisition brought to the company construction professionals with additional extensive Federal government expertise.
