Sean Xiao, PhD, PE is the Manager of Engineering. Sean is a senior engineer with over 20 years of experience in civil, structural, and project management. Trained in a wide range of international projects, Sean has worked in P.R. China, Canada and the United States as an airport engineer/planner for various endeavors related to all aspects of airport improvements, both airside and landside.

Our experience ranges from small general aviation airports to large air carrier facilities.

Seeking cadd/GIS technician to assist in the development of airport plans, graphics, GIS work, site grading and drainage plans, including details. Individuals must have 5 years experience in AutoCADD. Experience in 2D and 3D graphical simulations a plus.

DY Consultants is currently developing the Westchester County Airport Master Plan to provide the County, neighboring community, public officials, airport tenants, environmental stewards, and other regulatory agencies the necessary framework to provide a guide for future decisions regarding Airport use. The last Airport Master Plan and Airport Layout Plan (ALP) for the Westchester County Airport were prepared in 1987. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidance states that an airport’s Master Plan should be kept current at all public-use airports.
