The answer is simple, yet it's still a bold move for this already successful company. Impact merely expanded their reach of services by starting a sister company called Impact Engineered Labor Solutions (IELS). To head this company up, Impact recruited a sharp young President named Jon Gardner. Jon has been in and around the manufacturing and distribution business for his entire career, and he comes to Impact from a Vice President position at Thomas & Betts. In fact, Jon being an industrial engineer is what allows Impact to make such a bold move and form this new company.

Our presence in seven states testifies that we can do this across the country. Our nationwide company has significant strength in areas all over the map, including: Lebanon, Memphis and Nashville, Tenn.; Northern Mississippi; the Chicago land area of Illinois; City of Industry, Fontana, Mira Loma, Ontario, Redlands, Riverside and Victorville, Calif.; Corsicana, Dallas and Grand Prairie, Texas; Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia; and York, Penn.
