D&G Driver Requirements • Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations • Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) in state of residence with required endorsements • Minimum age of 25 • 3 years OTR tractor/trailer experience • 3 years experience in the transportation of refrigerated products • 2 years experience delivering LTL Freight • No DOT recordable preventable accident in last 3 years • A good driving record with limited violations • No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years • No reckless/careless driving • No DWI, DUI • No motor vehicle felony • Must be able to pass a DOT Physical • DOT pre-employment drug test • DOT required background checks D&G Equipment Requirements • Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations • Must be in excellent mechanical condition • Must have current DOT annual inspection President’s Safe Driver Club (PSDC) This safety program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Council of Safety Supervisors and the Wisconsin Motor Carriers Association.
