Online ordering is available only to US addresses and Canadian addresses. We do ship to all other countries/regions provided that the customer prepays the order, including all shipping expenses. Please contact us at 507-359-1971 or orders@dmcustomcycle.com to place an international order. Customers are responsible for duties if any. Shipping charges for international destinations outside North America must be prepaid. Client agrees to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions upon ordering. Product is shipped after pre-payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express unless other arrangements have been made prior to ordering. All other arrangements must in the form of a written, legal document, such as a company purchase order. Shipping charges are to be included in pre-payment. Prior to transit, all shipments have been carefully inspected. All orders are shipped using UPS or Spee-Dee whenever possible, unless otherwise requested or necessary. Foreign orders must be prepaid in US dollars by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All specifications, descriptions, prices of products, colors, and terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.
