Jim is responsible for all preconstruction estimates, soliciting proposals & awarding contracts. He brings over 25 years of construction experience in estimating, planning and project management to Slater & Son . Over that time Jim has successfully completed hundreds of projects and is experienced in many facets of the construction industry.

Dave Lupton brings over 25 years of construction experience in estimating, planning and project management to Slater & Son . He has been with the company since 1997 and is the chief point of contact for owners during the construction process. Dave also works to ensure that subcontractors are meeting their contractual obligations—on schedule and on budget—as each design-build project proceeds.
