In June of 1974, Don Conley (pictured above left) established the business with his associate as a manufacturer’s representative for Cleaver-Brooks boilers and one other related product line. Located in Madison Heights, the business began to grow with trusted relationships from a diverse clientele. The company was formally incorporated in 1976 as D. J. Conley Associates. In 1985 the company moved to Troy Michigan where it is based today. Since that time the company has acquired 11 additional product lines which compliment our boiler plant related equipment including different type boilers as well as other energy savings and management products.
