Prior to working full time at the company I was employed as a field claim rep for over 4 years with State Farm Insurance. This experience enhanced my understanding of the legal, insurance and customer service aspects of business. Those skills are utilized regularly to provide additional value to our customers and operation. This level of professionalism has been brought to our company and allowed us to excel in an industry with a less than stellar customer service record.

In order for us to ensure we provide you with a complete roof system, with high quality products, professional service, and excellent craftsmanship, it’s critical your carrier covers the claim in full. This must include all the products required in order to follow the manufacturer, NRCA, and local building code specifications. Failure to cover one of these steps results in an inferior roofing and siding system. Unfortunately, this is all too common in our industry, especially during a storm environment, and it’s why our industry has such a poor reputation. Although this significantly delays the production time, we will not sacrifice our quality to skip this process if needed. Cynthia Becker joins Daech and Bauer as Office Coordinator with over 30 years of experience of managerial and customer service experience within the privately held business arena and restaurant industry.

I am a 1991 graduate from St. Charles West High School; earned my Associates Degree in Architectural Design and received my Journeyman Card through the St. Louis Carpenter District Council. I began working with Daech and Bauer Roofing and Remodeling in September 2010, but have over 22 years of experience in construction and all aspects of roofing and remodeling. In addition to being a Certified Certainteed Master Shingler, I am Vinyl Siding Institute Certified (VSI). I am a very active family man, who enjoys spending quality time with my wife and three children in the outdoors when possible; hunting, fishing, boating and coaching T-Ball league with my wife.

Focusing on the roofing industry has allowed Daech & Bauer employees to concentrate on acquiring the skills needed to reach the top of the roofing industry. Not satisfied with being just a Licensed and Bonded roofing company, Daech & Bauer has continually pursued training from leading manufacturers, the National Roofing Contractors Association, and industry leaders.
