Mike is a seasoned management executive with experience in promoting and implementing innovative change. A 25 year manufacturing veteran, he has experience in manufacturing spanning many industries.

Prior to DiamondCluster, Matt was with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he helped guide fortune 500 corporations through extensive business process reengineering programs. He led cross-functional teams that designed and implemented radically new organizational structures, business processes and information technology solutions. For a steel producer, Matt led development of strategic pricing alternatives and the design and implementation of marketing and sales business processes utilizing ERP software.

We have demonstrated the ability to make an important contribution to turnaround situations by leading companies through the design and implementation of operational changes that increase short-term cash flow and promote long-term growth. Our team has worked with many struggling companies across a broad spectrum of industries including, plastics, pharmaceuticals, consumer and industrial products, medical devices, metals, machine tool building, specialty machining, aerospace, retail, and e-commerce.
