Daily Balance works with the QuickBooks software package. We are QuickBooks Pro Advisors and are experts with the software. Should you be interested, however, in staying with your current software we would certainly be willing to discuss your situation with you. The decision is usually based on your type of business and the adequacy of QuickBooks in meeting the needs of your business. Software is merely a tool we use to provide the financial information critical in running your business.

Several years ago I received a call from the Executive Director of this non-profit organization who's bookkeeper had just quit. Payroll was approaching and they needed help that day to calculate and prepare their payroll checks. We were able to do that in a matter of a couple of hours. But they needed much more help than that. They were receiving funding from several sources and needed to maintain the integrity of their bookkeeping and cost allocation plan (such as it was).

You have 100% control over all of your cash and the decisions on how it is used or invested. You decide what individuals and which vendors get paid. We provide the data, but you approve all invoices for payment and sign all checks, ensuring proper segregation of duties over the cash function. You are also responsible for depositing all checks and cash received.
