Daily Dose of ReadingTM is a 501 (c) (3) organization. It was founded to create a partnership among pediatric health care providers and families in an effort to promote literacy in children. Daily Dose of Reading provides information and materials to participating pediatric practices at no cost to those practices. Pediatricians and nurse practitioners then talk to the families they treat to get the message out that reading must be part of each family's daily routine.
