As an agency, we have more than 40 years of combined experience in the school market and understand the challenges facing public schools here in Texas and across the country. Budget cuts have led to staff reductions at many schools and have added additional responsibilities to human resource departments already stretched precariously thin. While striving to provide faculty and staff with competitive benefits, many employers find that their efforts are rewarded with irritation and chaos during the open enrollment process when “technology solutions” fail to meet expectations.

Jeff McGuire joined the agency in August of 1999, after having spent six years with Arkansas Blue Cross/ Blue Shield’s life insurance company, USAble Life, in Little Rock, Arkansas. While with USAble Life, Jeff was responsible for over 200 clients across the state of Arkansas. At Daines Insurance and Financial Services, LLP, Jeff is working with our clients on employer paid group products and employee paid voluntary benefits. Jeff and his wife, Darrah, have two children, Grace and Jacob.
