Dale Green started the Company in the mid 1930’s in an area that is now 54th and Lyndale in Minneapolis. The Company remained there until the late 1940’s when it was relocated to 7601 Normandale Road in Edina. In 1950 the Company was sold to LaVerne Butler. In 1966 the Company relocated again to 7751 Highway 169 in Eden Prairie. The Company remained there until 1986 when it relocated to 1308 West Highway 13 in Burnsville. It continues at that location today. The Dale Green Company features black dirt, Minnesota peat, composted manure and sand mixtures for many planting and landscaping needs. We offer our service to residential and commercial customers throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. We offer free telephone estimates and can assist with all your topsoil requirements.
