Bill McKinney runs Dallashoops.com since 1984 (formerly Dallas BCI). He has been featured on numerous television programs, and has been recognized by many for his tireless work and devotion to helping kids achieve more. Dallashoops.com (formerly Dallas BCI) programs originated in 1984 by Bill McKinney who continues to direct the programs as a volunteer. Former Arkansas Coach Nolan Richardson wrote, "you and your staff obviously have the kids best interest at heart. For that I commend your efforts. If we had more people representing our youth, such as you, our youth of today would have more direction." Melvin Watkins of Texas A & M says "Dallashoops is an outstanding youth organization because of people like yourself who donate a tremendous amount of time and energy to your players." We have a staff of skilled coaches who volunteer their time and expertise to enhance the abilities of each participant. Additionally, Mr. McKinney and the staff are committed to developing academic achievement and moral leadership in each student/athlete.
