Description

Designed and manufactured in the plant in Cles, Dalmec manipulators are the product of ingenious technical solutions, high-precision production processes, high-quality raw material and components allied with unmatched technical capabilities applied in accordance to the procedures and methodologies laid out in EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification. All Dalmec manipulators, whether with rigid arm or cable, column or overhead mounted, are subject to continuous tests and checks, even after installation, to guarantee safety and durability.

For the foundry industry, Dalmec has designed and manufactured many different manipulators with special toolings for the handling of rims - foundry pieces - moulds - precision castings, having different dimensions and weights.

The table lists the "common" products with which Dalmec deals with every day. Different types of Manipulators have been designed and manufactured for these products, with different gripping systems suitable to solve any handling problem.

New applications and solutions are constantly enhancing our collective experience, which already spans over 50 years in this field. Well-trained design staff are able to develop state-of-the-art equipment, which ensure the operators ergonomic use of the Manipulators. Every project is developed according to the instructions given by the EC standard 2006/42 “Directive on Machinery” and after a careful and a methodical analysis of the risks.

For the packaging sector, Dalmec has designed and manufactured many Manipulators with special toolings for the handling of bobbins - containers - pallets - bags - boxes - rolls etc. having different dimensions and weights.
