Damien Ministries

Description

Clients of Damien Ministries are provided with many services which enrich their minds, bodies, and spirits. At our food bank, clients may receive nutritious groceries for the month, hygeine products, warm clothing, and even books. Through our case management services, clients receive important guidance through the complex network of social services available, including housing, rental and utility assistance, and counseling. Our transitional housing - called Damien House - provides short term housing to prevent homelessness among clients. Residents of Damien House also receive like skills training and other support. Finally, through our retreat program held three times a year, clients may experience time to reflect, regroup, and recharge their minds and spirits as they navigate through life with HIV.
