The Call Center information is currently handled in the traditional way, where hardcopy manuals, personal information and training docu- ments are the main source for information. The process lacks efficiency and is very costly, inaccurate and causes discrepancies. Knowledge is owned by the agents and stored in their heads.

Dezide Advisor is a multi-channel solution where the same knowledge base can be used for both self-service and call center agents. You can define precisely who should be able to access the different knowledge base elements and how they should be presented in the various channels. For self-service we provide several interfaces. We offer a standard web-based self-service portal that can easily be customized and we offer a complete Web Service API for embedding the Guided Troubleshooting experience directly in your own portals and CMS systems.
