Located at the edge of a major urban revitalization district, this infill development acts as a gateway from existing underutilized industrial properties into a new, energetic and upscale downtown district. The design creates a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly streetscape with an emphasis on open space and gathering places, providing local service employees with a beautiful place to live close to a school and park. The exterior incorporates warm colors and classic building materials.

I've had the pleasure of working with Danielian Associates for many years on projects in California. More recently, their creative ability to adapt both attached and detached housing configurations into quality solutions for the Saudi Arabian market has been commendable.
